Toddler Bed Part 2

Well, it took about a month but Brayden is FINALLY learning to sleep in his bed and sleep all night! Thankfully, we are having more peaceful nights! We felt like we tried EVERYTHING and NOTHING was working! Our last option was just to leave him and let him cry it out and we saw results almost immediately! If we had known that we would have done that first!:) Every once in a while he will decide to test us to see if we will give in but we know consistency is the key. It is the hardest part but it's what works! We still have a couple of finishing touches for his room but when we got the toddler bed we decided to do something a little different in his room. The last picture is the result!:)

Brayden's latest discoveries are singing and drawing! He can sing along with us singing certain words of a song. He doesn't know an entire song word for word yet but I'm sure he will before too long. He loves to sing in the "Booster Band" at church and has only been doing it for a few weeks now but he acts like he has done it forever! He will ask to draw several times a day and loves every minute of it!

A couple of more updates: Luke is doing much better now that he is on his treatments. He has had two treatments so far. We saw results almost immediately! He is feeling better and has more energy. With more treatments the more results we should see. We are very thankful for this and pray things continue to go well. So far there have been no side effects. We are still learning about foods that he should stay away from but things are definitely headed in the right direction! Thanks for praying and please continue to pray! Also, we heard the baby's heartbeat for the first time yesterday! That is one of the most amazing sounds! It was beating 140 beats a minute. Hopefully we can find out if it is a boy or girl in about 5-7 weeks. We can't wait!:)
