Easter 2012 (Part 2)

We had a wonderful Easter! We went to my parents house after church. While lunch was cooking Luke and I hid some eggs and gave the boys their Easter Baskets. My Mom cooked a great meal! It was delicious as always! After we ate we took the boys outside to find the eggs! Then we just enjoyed the outdoors for a bit! It was so nice and relaxing! There is nothing that can be compared to the joy of family and spending time together! I'm so thankful for the family God has blessed me with!

That afternoon we went to Morehead City! Luke planned a little get-away for us! His parents kept the boys for us while we stayed at a condo on the beach for a couple of days! It was so nice and refreshing!

I am so thankful for what Easter means to me....it's not about any bunny, eggs or candy....it's the rest of the Christmas story...it is about honoring and recognizing Jesus Christ's resurrection from the dead, and His glorious promises of eternal life for all who believe in Him.
