Transplant - Day Forty-two (+25)

Landen has had another good day! His cyclosporine went back up a little today. The doctor said it is really tricky to get it just right. So Landen will skip tonight's dose and they'll check it again in the morning. Please pray that this will get level and be in the normal range. They want to see it normal for 2-3 days before we can be discharged. That is one thing keeping us here. The other thing is the viruses. The results from the adenovirus are not back yet but the BK virus is still active but it is improving. The liver function is not back to normal yet but it is also improving. Please continue to pray that these viruses will clear up and that Landen won't have any more setbacks. He received IVIg today. This helps prevent infections. He had more pain while using the bathroom today and is still passing blood. Please pray this gets better too! It is so hard to see him going through so much but he is a such a trooper. I'll tell him I'm praying for him and that I'm sorry and he'll say "it's okay" in the sweetest voice. He is amazing and we are just so thankful God is strengthening us all. We could never make it through this without the Lord, the prayers of so many, and the wonderful support we have received from family and friends. Thank you all so much!
