A Divine Appointment

Our church is preparing for revival this coming week and today we went visiting around the homes near our church to invite people to come! I was able to go with my Dad and about half-way through we went up to the next house and knocked on the door. A voice behind the door said "who is it?" and my Dad answered her. She then opened the door. We told her about revival and asked her to come. She then wanted to make sure my Dad was a pastor and when he told her he was she asked if we would come in. As soon as we got in she started crying and told us that she was in a crisis and was just getting down on her knees to pray when we knocked on the door. She was also wanting someone to be able to pray about the situation that wasn't already praying about it!! WOW! It was such a powerful moment to know that God had put us at this lady's door at EXACTLY the right time! We had prayer with her and talked with her. She attends another church but was very open to visiting our church because she knew God had sent us to her door! It was such a privilege to be able to encourage this lady and minister to her in her time of need! It is such a joy to serve the Lord and watch Him work!
