Although it's blurry Luke made it on TV! LOL! My sister just happened to catch a glance and noticed it!
They also made it on the Coke Zero Fan Cam! You can see that photo here! There faces say it all! ;-)
My Daddy had surgery at Duke on Wednesday to reverse his ileostomy. We are so thankful that he was able to have this surgery and that everything went well. His recovery has been harder than we expected but it will take some time for his body to heal and adjust. Please remember my parents in your prayers during this time. After he got settled in his room and we visited for a while we had to head back home. We were planning to go to Roanoke, VA to visit Luke's grandparents but there was a widespread winter storm expected so we decided just to go back home. We got home just in time. The snow started falling as we pulled in our driveway. We ended up getting around 4 inches. Thankfully, it didn't hang around long though! Brayden did enjoy playing in it. He was so excited! Unfortunately, Landen and Hannah Grace had been running fevers earlier in the week and had a lingering cough so I didn't think it was a good idea to take them out in it. Here are some pictures of Brayden enjoying the snow along with some beautiful scenery! :-)
